In a time marked by economic decline, with nostalgia at an all-time high, fashion enthusiasts, especially among Gen Z, find themselves revisiting styles that defined previous eras.


When asked about why young people are reclaiming old trends, ex-styling student Jahmiah Reid stated: “I feel like it could be a sense of nostalgia, but I also see it as we are recreating and recirculating around items that were timeless from the beginning and we just didn’t notice it.”
